装配式剪力墙全过程—灌浆套筒剪力墙体系(动态图)

近年来, 国家对装配式建筑的装配率要求在不断提升,特别是在预制率达30%以上的项目中,预制剪力墙已成为装配式建筑的必要选项之一。现阶段装配式建筑的施工及检测体系的不够完善,导致普通的预制剪力墙竖向钢筋连接的施工速度较慢。同时施工过程无法使用仪器进行检测,只能依赖施工人员的专业素质和监理人员的责任心来加以管控,严重制约了预制剪力墙的实际应用。为了改善这一现象,让我们一起学习“装配式剪力墙全过程——灌浆套筒剪力墙体系”完整的施工工艺,在日后的施工过程中有效的提高施工质量。吊装准备 在基础施工完成后,根据轴线控制点引测轴线、控制线、预制墙板边线
