某体育场罩棚钢结构设计

[摘要]某体育场钢结构罩棚采用大悬挑空间管桁架结构,48榀大悬挑桁架呈双轴对称分布对罩棚进行了刚性模型的风洞试验以确定风荷载计算参数;依据《场地安全性评估报告》确定地震计算参数。针对悬臂桁架稳定性差的特点,通过相邻桁架柱交叉布置、设置竖向支撑、设置大刚度环形桁架和圆钢管檩条等措施,保证了罩棚结构整体稳定性。悬挑桁架支撑支座采用销节点,以适应其变形特点。进行了弹性分析、线性屈曲分析、几何和材料非线性屈曲分析和破坏性分析。

Abstract:Large cantilever space tube truss structure was used for the steel structure canopy of the stadium of Tongling City and 48 specimens of a large cantilevered truss was biaxial symmetric distribution.Wind tunnel test was carried out to determine parameters for wind effects calculation of the cantilever canopy;on the basis of Site safety assessment report determine that the calculated parameters earthquake.Ajacent truss column crossing connection,vertical bracings,strong rigidity continuous ring truss and circular steel tube purline were used to compensate the instability of the cantilever tube trusses which composed of the canopy.Pinged connecters were used as the supporters of the cantilever truss to satisfy deformation requirements of tube trusses.Completed Elastic analysis, linear buckling analysis, geometry nonlinear buckling analysis and materials and destructive analysis.
